Normal registrations will close at 23:59pm on the Sunday prior to the event. Registrations received after this time will be subject to late fees.
Late registrations will close at 23:59pm on the Thursday prior to the event. Competitions with fewer than 4 entries at the close of late entries will be cancelled.

Roll Call
Fencers must check in at the DT on arrival at the venue. Roll call is conducted 15 minutes prior to event start time. Any fencers who are not checked in, and miss roll call, will be removed from the event.
Age Verification
In accordance with the policy introduced by the Australian Fencing Federation requiring verification of age for entry into national events, FencingSA has elected to introduce age verification for state events. This can be done via your FencingSA profile page: https://www.fencingsa.org.au/account
Multiple entries
Fencers who enter into multiple events on a single day (especially if multi weapons) need to take into consideration the impacts this may have on the schedule of the day, and need to be prepared to fence in more than one event/weapon simultaneously, or fence multiple bouts in a row. The DT will prioritise the smooth running of the day over an individual fencer's multiple entries. Referees and the DT willl apply the presentation on the piste rule.
