Dust off the refereeing cobwebs ahead of the 2024 season! 

This session is aimed at those who are refereeing (ad hoc and regulars) at state events, and will cover:

• Recent rule changes
• Common penalties (cards) and their application 
• Priority in modern foil
• Unwillingness to fight

The session will finish with time for Q&A, to cover any other curly questions or scenarios!

Hosted at CSFC, 2-5pm with pizza to finish (included in your $15 booking fee!).

If you are a fencer – please bring your whites so you can join in any practical demonstrations. If you are not a fencer, but have one handy (e.g. partner or child) feel free to bring them along to assist.

NB. This session is for those with refereeing experience. FSA will be running "learn to referee" sessions later in 2024.
