FSA School-Age Team Competition

Clubs may enter maximum two teams per category, and schools may field as many teams as they like. 

Entries close 5pm Thursday 1 June - no new team entries will be accepted after this time but teams may change their members.

Equipment standards for School Competitions will apply.

CATEGORIES & FORMAT

 Roll call Event Start time  Category 
 9:45 10:00  Intermediate (year 8 and below) Foil and Epee
 11:45 12:00  Senior (year 9 and above) Foil and Epee  

All team members must be present for roll call, or the team risks removal from the competition. 

Format will be decided after the close of entries (e.g. 27 or 36 hit matches, pool vs tableau, etc). 

ENTRY PROCESS 

Individual fencers: contact your coach at your club/school.

School Coaches and Club Administrators: email your team entries to erwin.lam@fencingsa.org.au by 5pm Thursday 1 June, in the below format. All fencers must be affiliated with FSA, and clubs must not have outstanding invoices due to FSA.

Note: there is no entry fee for School teams. Clubs will be invoiced for team entries after the event ($10 per team member) and may choose to pass this cost on to the fencer.
